Elizabeth II, Queen of Canada
Queen Elizabeth II is visiting Canada this week. It is sometimes difficult to wrap your head around the fact that she is also Queen of Canada. She is actually our head of government. When I swore allegiance to Canada when I became a citizen back in, I think it was 1964, I actually swore to be her subject and loyal t...o her. I do know British and Canadian history well so I know how this all came to be but it is still feels strange and absurd. The one good thing about it is that it does keep us from having a president whose head could easily get too big. In Canada we do not get too empresses with our prime ministers.

When protecting the Canadian Constitution, it is paramount that the constitution we have supercede the Criminal Code.
In other words, my Freedom of Speech is a Freedom, therefore, if an Officer of the Law tells me to shut up, I still have the right to speak. This may seem a simple observation, however, it is a common way of defending oneself should that person be obtained by the Law for no just cause.
Typecast Prejudice A
As we see a Democratic perspective in the Western World, this tolerance of each-other, allows us to embrace a principle of socialization. I agree with you, I disagree with you, and I agree to disagree with you, are sentiments that best describe this tolerance level aforementioned. When tolerance is taken out of the equation, we see hate crimes, suicide, murders, and Wars.
Preconceived notions appear as a trigger mechanism to deflect guilt. A person that feels bad about disliking Jews, will in all likelihood bad mouth a Jewish person to rid himself/herself of this guilt. The instant gratification of this trigger compounds and eventually something has to give, leading to hate crimes. A Man or Governments' ideology that is constantly flustered and has zero tolerance towards a mistake, is much more prone towards people commiting suicide within their population (ie. York, England circa 1730 a.d), or murder. It was in 1915 that Prince Ferdinand was murdered by a German Military Coup, and, with zero-tolerance towards this assination, the Astro-Hungarian Empire fought against Germany to begin World War 1.
In this facist state, orders are given, and people are killed until their Government is overthrown. This in its' essence is the argument of Orthodox versus Secular ideology. In other words, how literal do we have to be in each context?

No Jews, Coloured, or Natives Allowed were marked on signs in front of most (96%)Golf Courses in Canada and the U.S.A up until 1950. As people of ethnic diversity immigrated to the Western World, a dichotemy erupted. 400 years repeated itself in Jamaica up until Prime Minister Manley stepped down from Power.
The dichotemy that erupted were results of vicious slanders towards ethnicity. This guy is a Jew, therefore he is cheap, dirty, and manipulative. This guy is Irish, therefore he's a drunk, and a stupid one at that. This guy is 'Black', therefore... It was Tuesday, June 22/10 at 5:00PM on City TV News that the follwing report was shown - Searching for a 'Brown' skin male, 6 foot 170 lbs, 17-29 years of age (not even a sketch was shown). This generalization is obscene.
By having someones' number by stipulation of race, colour, or creed, is plain and simply gentrification.
At the point of such definitive generalizations, we as people lose a much more common perspective; subjectivity and identity. No two people are exactly the same. We may have similar belief structures, however, there will always be an undefined element in every and all comparison.
People are not algaebraic, we're flesh and blood. Under an umbrella of Freedoms, we become unique. To live blindly against a reactionary perspective at all times is like denying that the Sun rises from the East. In other words, there will always be perspectives that are unpopular, yet valid. In a realm of intolerance towards dissidants, we see not only a Police State, but Facism.

Communication and Technology - by Moses
Communication and Technology
One Cell to one Cell is relay station to relay station. This is the premise of tape delay of a Network and their affiliates. Port to Port, relay to relay station is our Cellular Network.
Groundline to Groundline is communication within one main hub. Intranet to intranet within one internet is a simple analogy. Low differential copper inducted capacitor channels are used, essentially our groundlines within a hub (or mainframe).
Satellite to satellite is communication from one hub to another hub. Internet to internet (E.T Phones home). With an infinite number of satellites means that each home could be monitored by another home. For example, how many Commodore 64's are able to be monitored by one 2gb U.S.B flashcard? (roughly 3 million Commodore 64's/one 2gb flashcard). Port to Port in the Satellite Domain is when the relay station IS the Satellite, interchangeable by Frequency. The Satellite is able to control each Port with this technology.
Phonetic Modes
Where each Key Signature is measured in Cents (One hundred Cents per semi-tone) and is considered Modal. There are standards of each instrument. For example 440 hz is A major no matter what instrument you're playing. By having these standards a person can transpose from key to key in learning an instrument.
A channel (or Network) takes a signal from say a recording studio (like that of Abbey Road) and sends that signal to the air of another Network (or affiliate), such as ABC. Phonetic Modes are used to standardize the signal flow to its' most accurate measurements.
Nyquist Limit
Take the double of the highest frequency projected and add a 2khz guardband to preserve the integrity of the signal. This shows up on a graph at the high points being in the + side of the graph and the low points being in the - side of the graph. Through Nyquist Limit we see audio peak frequencies and R.M.S (optimum) frequencies being preserved for later use in say digital editing software.
When communication is pristine, a channel (of a Network or affiliate) is able to broadcast simultaeneous from Government to Government (U.S.A to Canada), Government to Home (Presedential Address), Home to Home (E-Mail), and Home to Government (Information Services).
Interpolation versus Extrapolation
Interpolation - To guess, plotting, to search - within a certain pattern (an educated guess). When points are plotted on a graph, to decipher between points is considered an educated guess.
Extrapolation - To seize, to capture, to pinpoint with 100% accuracy - Having the information to begin with (like a map). The retrieval of this information is called extrapolation.
Virtual Reality
The premise of basically any Video Game. In other words the cause and effect is similar to reality. You die and it's game over. You win and you move to the next round. The issue that is paramount here is perception. Through perception we see a visual in virtual reality, a prophecy of success, and through digital interface design we see what that success is (a Halodeck in Star Trek is one example of Virtual Reality). When perception is reality 100% of the time most would consider this to be surreal (as no one gets what they want all of the time). Whereas one perceives things a certain way, another could very well have a completely different take.
Sensory Software
These days we see Terabytes incorporated in home computers. 1 Trillion bytes, or 9 Trillion Characters!!! This leads us to what a home computer is capable of achieving today.
In essence operating programs today can incorporate sensory deprivation. By deftly removing programs within an operating system at key moments, our sensory can now be tricked by this newly advented sensory software. While undefined by nature, it is possible for a persons' hearing, smell, touch, feel, and taste to be manipulated by sensory software that is advanced in understanding a persons' higher brain functions.

Analog - Tolerance and Intolerance
To be tolerant and to be intolerant are terms used in the analog domain. With this measure of tolerance (used in electronics resisters to prevent circuits from blowing), a person has their defence mechanisms in place. It is also important to realize that each musician has their own strengths and weaknesses, undefined by nature. What made Iggy Pop lacerate himself on stage? When a musician makes a miscue in performance he/she doesn't just stop dead in their tracks. It is this quality in man that is irreplaceable.
Digital - Variance of Concept and Stringency
In the digital domain it is possible to define exactly when something is going to blow. This stringency is a scary concept. To know that at precisely 2.1723Khz a transformer will give out (as had happened in 2002 on the Eastern Seaboard in North America as far west as Illinois), leaves us to wonder if technology is always such a wise thing. In the digital world there is tolerance used through what is known as a variance in concept. In other words, should 2.1723Khz hit, a relay switch could theoretically be employed to take a transformer out of danger. The Y2K paranoia is another example of what technologists fear, this stringency.
Algorithms within a Communication Device
The synthesis of an algorithm through ports and Fiber-Optics, takes the algorithm and converts it into stored energy. The emmission is stringently defined in the name of sub-zero nanoseconds (faster than microseconds). A satellite takes the signal and converts the algorithm into a signal recognizeable by a satellites' receptors (optics). Reaching this cortex (or vision) the signal is perceived, similar to that of a halogram.
