      In Toronto, Ontario, Canada, they are trying to make apartment buildings accountable to smoking by-laws to their tenants.  This is an illegal practice as it violates the landlord/tenant act which stipulates the privacy act, regarding matters like these, between a tenant and the authorities.  It also stipulates in the landlord/tenant act that a mans' domicile can't be called upon by the apartment buildings on these matters.  The problem today is that the authorities are trying to hold the tenants of apartment buildings accountable to their own domiciles, to their buildings, or to the authorities themselves.  This Gestapo practice was followed under Mussolini himself.  The cause and effect of following such a Mandate is that a persons' privacy is not upheld to the rights and freedoms of our CANADIAN CONSTITUTION.

Freedoms and Rights in the Canadian Constitution - by Moses

  A Canadian citizen that receives a monthly pension (and collect) can travel to a destination outside Canada for six months minus one day in the year.  His/her pension is insured by the Canadian Government whether the Canadian citizen is in or outside Canada.  The limitation of six months minus one day is to insure that the citizen pays his yearly taxes.  This is studied in Constitutional Law to educate not to confuse matters.  Once a person (Canadian citizen) is aware of his/her freedoms and rights they can navigate their life effectively.  How many Canadians live 6 months in Canada and 6 months in Florida or Arizona?  The education of the masses is a necessity to insure we don't get sidestepped by false deductions that many institutions impose, Government included.  The problem is the bureaucratic red tape enshrined in legalities.  The passing of the buck some would say to delay accountability.  Who is really being held accountable when a person is given false information from a Government institution?  This is the problem of living in Canada today.  We seem to be selective in this Country as to who gets the education towards what our freedoms and rights are;  1) Right to Life 2) Freedom of Speech 3) Freedom of Assembly 4) Freedom of Association 5) Right to Council 6) Freedom to Travel within Canada and Internationally 7) Freedom to have Representation by your MP 8) Equal Access within the Health Care System 9) The Privacy Act etc...    

Andre De Grasse - by Moses

  The upcoming Olympics are here next year.  As one of the favourites in the 100 Metre and 200 Metre events De Grasse is already a legend in the rankings.  De Grasse won a Silver Medal in the 200 Metre in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil and Bronze Medals in the 100 Metre and 4 X 100 Metre events at the same Olympics.

  His best time in the 100 Metre Event is 9.69 wind assisted that he ran in Stockholm, Sweden in 2017, and a 9.90 time in Quatar this past year (in September).  His personal best in the 200 Metre discipline is a wind aided 19.58 in 2015, and a time of 19.80 set at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Brasil.  De Grasse also ran a time of 19.88 in the 200 Metre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 2015.

  I forecast De Grasse to win medals in three disciplines in Tokyo, Japan, 2020.  A Bronze Medal in the 100 Metre Dash (9.84), a Gold Medal in the 200 Metre (19.72), and a Bronze Medal in the 4 X 100 Metre (1. Jamaica 2. U.S.A 3. Canada)

 Letter for CBC, CTV, City TV, Ontario Tribunal, Case Manager at ODSP, Ontario Ombudsman Office, Homecare Services of Farhan Aboubaker;

  Farhan Aboubaker has had his travel options limited because he is an ODSP recipient.  For Farhan the winter months are excruciating.  Over the last number of years he has suffered a brain aneurysm, a collapsed lung, and had a case of pneumonia all as a result of his body rejecting cold weather.  He traveled to Thailand last winter and was cut off from his pension cheque (for what were called breaking guidelines and regulations which stipulates an ODSP recipient is only allowed to be out of the Country for 1 -3 Months).

  Farhan would like the decision from the Ontario Tribunal to be delayed so that he can travel again this year back to Thailand (to be with his family) and keep his Canadian Citizen status.  It really is a simple case;  Farhan wants to live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for 6 months plus one day and live with his family abroad 6 months minus one day.  Farhan's right to life is the issue here.  For Farhan to live in Toronto in the winter months means that he can't go outside for months on end as Farhan was born polio stricken.  He would like re-assurance from your office to be treated as a Canadian Citizen drawing from his Disability Pension at ODSP while abroad.

  When Farhan and I called the Ombudsman Office a few days ago we were told to take this route as Farhan's ODSP worker worked against procedure and was proactive in cutting off Farhan from ODSP.  She was supposed to inform Farhan first to see if he would have answers to why and what was the case if a guideline wasn't followed.  The reason Farhan had was that he mailed a letter from Dr. Chen to ODSP BEFORE he left the Country stating he was out of the Country for Health Reasons.

  If it would please your offices Farhan's Doctor has already shown case evidence to ODSP and this information can be provided.

Defining What is Right and What is Wrong - by Moses

  Here's the conundrum;  There is one G-d for argument's sake.  There are Seven Billion people on earth, therefore there are seven billion different ideas of what is right and wrong.  When someone argues a point in check another person has the right to agree, to disagree, be indifferent, or agree to disagree.  When we're young we study in school to get an education.  When we reach our late twenties we have pretty much formulated our independence through schooling (and street smarts that we've entertained).  The problem that most people have is that most people see things in 'black' and 'white'.  What happens when it's a grey area and the polarized view leads most people into believing that either or is okay.  The problem with too linear an approach is that it makes it harder on the psyche to entertain a polarized viewpoint.  The reality is that every issue has pros and cons that can't be stringently expressed with just one statement.  When someone tells me that something is right, or something is wrong, and I disagree to the statement, I remind them that it will still be okay to agree to disagree.  'You gotta do this or gotta do that' really shouldn't be said unless it's by the parent to the child, or by the Employer to the Employee.

  The problem America is having today is regarding 'White' privilege and 'Black' privilege.
'White' privilege;  Authoritative measures in place to ensure the safety of the 'White' man.  
'Black' privilege;  Coverage on the streets by people if your 'Black' and full exposure if you're 'White'.  
  When Colin Kaepernick wouldn't stand to the National Anthem in a Football game in 2016, he said afterwards that his conscience wouldn't allow him to honor his Nation based on the practices within America today towards 'Blacks'.  Funny, now he's been ostracized by the Football Community (kept from a job) and the media as being un-American for his actions.  Wasn't it Muhammad Ali who refused to go to Vietnam because, and I quote 'Ain't no Viet-Cong ever called me a Nigger'.  When it happened, Ali lost his belt and was almost railroaded out of the fight game. 
  It seems to me that when a 'White' man speaks up on a matter he expects to be heard.  When a 'Black' man speaks up he's railroaded. 

  Bill Cosby is another example of misguided justice.  Here is a man that every American loved for years and was thought of as a Great man.  When accusations towards rape from years' past surfaced, the legal system failed him and now he's being ostracized by America for allegations on his personal life from years past.  What confuses me is why statute of limitations wasn't employed in these allegations as the events are from 20 years past.  America would rather try to humble men as opposed to honoring the legal system when it's a legal matter.  There was no need to destroy Cosby's character in the media or in the Courthouse for that matter as a man is innocent until proven guilty.

  'Black' privilege;  Say you're in Compton, California.  You're 'Black' and living in a predominantly 'Black' neighborhood.  You're taught to have your neighbors back at all times in the hood.  Say a 'White' guy drives into the area and goes into a convenient store there.  Do the people in that area have his back?  Should America dismiss this as cultural indifference? 

   This procreation of bad blood from both sides of the fence causes many disturbances.  In fact some would say, even today, that should these negative sentiments be put forth as truths, could cause a ripple effect in the psyche of children across America and lead people to believe that have to fight battles that they don't really need to fight.  Likewise that feed the frenzy of the KKK, Neo Nazi's within America, and the Radical Muslim view of Shariya Law.     

  What is wrong with being indiscriminate of race, color, and creed?  Like I said earlier in the article;  There are seven billion different ideas of what is right and wrong.  How the hell are you supposed to singularly define what is right and wrong?    

  We may have to re-examine what Multi-Culturalism entails.

  By the way, how many African Americans own Professional Sports Franchises in North America today?
