Reparations in America - by Moses

       As surely as Germany paid reparations to Jewish holocaust survivors and their families, America will pay reparations to African-Americans.  It would stand to reason that 20.7% per capita would suffice to pay African-Americans (Through Banking, Team Ownership Positions, University Funding, and NAACP interests).  The reality is that even though African-Americans are as competitive as other peoples' they have a much higher incidence of poverty in the U.S.A.  Roughly half of all African-Americans consider themselves low-income (under $20,000/year for individuals and under $50,000/year for families).
