Derek Chauvin the Murderer - by Moses

The case of Derek Chauvin will be finalized shortly.  He is a murderer plain and simple.  Any soul that didn't see this case to be just that is just plain ignorant.  Conviction of 2nd degree murder is imperative to the U.S to avert an ugly scene of protesters met by the National Guard.  This could in fact snowball out of control until African Americans receive reparations for the sins against their people.  The Chauvin case is a disgusting display of Dutch Africana submission and choke holds that were employed for 100 years (until the end of Apartheid).  These are choke holds to the death that Dutch Africana police were authorized to use against 'Blacks' in South Africa under Apartheid (for about 100 years).  I say 'An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth' for a murderer like Chauvin.  This disgusting practice of teaching choke holds to the death exist in police training across America today and is in fact a reality .  In fact this has spurred the U.S into a quagmire that it may have trouble rendering from; the fact that in a couple of years it will probably be illegal in North America to use N-bombs, C-bombs, or any other attack of someones ethnicity without criminal prosecution.  This is hard to comprehend with Freedom of Speech in our constitution, but the criminal code could have provisions similar to that of being able to make an arrest if a person yells fire in a movie theater as a purposeful false alarm.  This should however be quantified.  Should we appease racism and support Freedom of Speech with zero provisions in our criminal code, or do we accept that it is too harmful to the psyche of a Canadian or American kid to hear ethnic slights of derogatory nature of their ethnicity, and implement discretionary policing when there is blatant racism in the verbal attack.  Where do we draw the line for our children as to what is right and wrong?  What would academics like James Baldwin say on this matter?

In the turn of the century in the lower east side in New York City it was common place to hear ethnic slights of all kinds.  It is now 2021 and we still have ethnic slights employed on the streets of every big city in Canada and the U.S.A.  It can no longer be acceptable for a man to rage on another man based on ethnicity.  The problem we will have as a collective society is how to enforce blatant verbal racism in the near future - when to draw the line.  It has cropped up in Quebec, Canada that 'Black' Hockey players in little league have been name-called over the last number of years, and with a zero tolerance policy in the NHL towards verbal racism, a player in the NHL faces suspension by the League should it come up.  Therefore Canada really can't afford to have it both ways.  Personally I'm in favor of criminal prosecution and provisions in the criminal code to deal with excessive use of verbal racism.  I would imagine that this issue will be dealt with as per our current situation with the Chauvin case, as well as reparations for the U.S African American population for their suffering.  It can no longer be acceptable to have police brutality employed in the name of Dutch Africana submission holds, and it can no longer be acceptable to be scapegoated based on race, color, or creed.

U.S.A Federal Drug Administration inclusion of Cannabis and Hashish - by Moses (a.k.a Stacey Marc Goldman)

My G-d people, here we are in 2021 and people are out on the streets killing each-other in mega-cities across North America.  What did Hashish ever bring to the table other than the fact that it is considered medicine to over 50,000 Bedouins.  Hashish and Cannabis are products used in Old Testament that weren't employed during Christ's Period.  There are simply too many Tattoo's being doled out to the masses in inner cities across North America to satisfy G-d's Wrath.  When did someone who smoked a hash joint ever acted out in violence (unless drunk off some whisky or vodka) ?

To not have a solution on this matter leaves millions of pot smokers vulnerable to the Corporate Vultures that exist today as they pass judgement on the individual (on the simple matter of being intoxicated on pot).  I mean aren't there enough old school types willing to stand up for what is right.  If you're Old Testament I'm sure you've heard enough persecution on this matter.  The reality is that the guy in Montana or Idaho has to have the right to ingest the Cannabis and Hashish properties if they are 'People of the Book'.

Handguns and Hunting Rifle Referendum of the 2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms - by Moses

So now Congress has the chore of writing revisions to the 2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms.  A right appeased with hunting rifles and handguns - but still a solution.  Registered firearms are in order should the U.S want to contain gang violence in Metropolis' across North America.  With restrictions to handguns we'll see a truer test of what safety really is; in other words the farmer with the hunting rifle may prey on deer on his farm with there being no threat to his/her safety therefore no need to show the weapon to on-comers to his/her farm (unless uninvited).  For people living in Texas they'll still be able to buy handguns and go to the shooting range if they want to shoot skeets or unload their firearm.  For inner city gang violence to be snuffed out the guns on the street can't exist.  To register their handguns is imperative to secure the big cities across North America.  Accountability to their weapon (registration of a firearm) is a main reason why Canada has a very low death rate of the homicide type.  When Congress passes restrictions on gun-arms in the constitution  Canada may want to negotiate a trade exchange of people coming to Canada from the U.S and likewise that of a Canadian having dual citizenship living in the U.S.  There will have to be some level of cross border tolerance with the U.S to dispel the myth that our relationship as Nations shouldn't deter an American from wanting to re-locate to Canada nor a Canadian seeking to re-locate to America (or Mexico for that matter).  There are simply too many Canadians claiming dual-citizenship with winter homes in the States for people to be naive of equal rights (your right to do the same). Why should our immigration policy with the U.S be so restrictive?
