The Covid Vaccines - by Moses

So now we're aware that there are many strains of the corona-virus.  Scientists have divided corona-viruses into four sub-groupings, called alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. Seven of these viruses can infect people:

  • 229E (alpha)
  • NL63 (alpha)
  • OC43 (beta)
  • HKU1 (beta
  • MERS-CoV, a beta virus that causes Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS)
  • SARS-CoV, a beta virus that causes severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)
  • SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19

How Do Variants Happen?

Coronaviruses have all their genetic material in something called RNA (ribonucleic acid). RNA has some similarities to DNA, but they aren’t the same.

When viruses infect you, they attach to your cells, get inside them, and make copies of their RNA, which helps them spread. If there’s a copying mistake, the RNA gets changed. Scientists call those changes mutations.

These changes happen randomly and by accident. It’s a normal part of what happens to viruses as they multiply and spread.

By knowing that mutations will exist for all eternity begs the question; for how many years will this corona-virus be in existence and treated on a regular basis by our health care system?  After a person is inoculated by the two vaccine injections - for how many years will there be regular yearly administration of medicine to treat a pandemic that is in hyperbole mode currently? and;  Is this going to mean yearly doses of the vaccine to the masses for the rest of eternity?

The mutations of the strains of corona virus that are currently being studied are in plans to be treated over the next ten years.  Therefore it is accepted by Health Organizations that there will be annual vaccinations administered to accommodate future mutations of the corona-virus strain.

Transgender Quagmires - by Moses

What would happen if a man (who is transgender) takes a sexual partner into his life without telling his mate that he is transgender?  Would a physical altercation as a result of this lead to the imprisonment of the partner (who was never told) because he got physical as a result of never being told that his partner was transgender.  A double bite in the ass if you ask me.  First off the partner that was never told has rights just as much as a transgender individual.  To not be told is criminal and misleading to his partner and this conflict (as a result of not being told) is a disturbing scenario for the partner of the transgender.  What do you think when your partner tells you five years after the fact; 'By the way, I'm transgender'.  This leads to murders and domestic violence in poor pockets across North America. Even the affluent would be disgusted in learning that their partner is really transgender, when their mate neglected to inform the partner.  THIS IS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR.  The partner MUST be informed BEFORE their first sexual experience together that the partner is transgender.  Otherwise we see violence in their relations.  In other words if I'm misled to believe that the woman who I was having sexual intercourse was a woman her whole life, and then find out years later that my mate was really a man, it could in all probability lead to a fight.  In poor pockets that would be the transgenders' death.

2021 Toronto Blue Jays Projected Statistics and Imminent Call-Up - by Moses (a.k.a Stacey Marc Goldman)

Imminent Call-Up - Gabriel Moreno;  Moreno is a Double A Catcher who is batting .388 to start the year, and has tallied 40 RBI's to go along with 8 Home-runs to date this year in only 116 At-Bats.  His OPS is 1.128 and he knows how to draw walks with a decent strikeout to walk ratio.  Moreno is also adept at throwing out base-runners evidenced by his career throw out rate at 35% which is higher than any catcher in the Blue Jays chain (43% CS this year).  He makes very few errors and would compliment Jansen and McGuire very well in the development of our young arms, throwing out runners, and batting .280+ (if and when he is called up to the big leagues).  Similar to last year when the Jays brought up Alejandro Kirk (and he had tremendous success at the big league level) the Jays could see huge dividends with Moreno.
